Unopened returns
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unopened, unused, sealed, and in their original packaging and condition. Include your order number when contacting us. Opened, used, or altered products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
Requesting a return
Email purityelementsllc@gmail.com before sending anything back. We will provide return instructions and confirm the return address. Do not send returns to the manufacturer or send an unapproved return.
For eligible change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return postage. Original shipping charges are not refunded. Use a tracked service and protective packaging.
Damaged, incorrect, or defective orders
Contact us promptly if an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or appears defective. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the product, label, and packaging where available. Keep the item and packaging while we review the issue. We will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund for a confirmed fulfillment error or product defect and cover any return shipping we require for that issue.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting an approved return, we will email you with the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. The time until funds appear depends on your payment provider. If a refund has not appeared after the provider’s expected processing period, contact us for assistance.
Cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible to request cancellation or an address correction. We can make changes only before an order is dispatched. After dispatch, the return process applies.
